Day 1 – July 29, Thursday
Departure from Boston (D)
- Depart Boston for Incheon, South Korea, and begin your World Youth Day journey (flights included or not included depending on package selected)
- Dinner is provided on the airplane
- Overnight on airplane
Day 2 – July 30, Friday
Arrival in Incheon (B)
- Additional meal provided on the airplane
- Arrive at Incheon International Airport
- Dinner (on your own) at Incheon Airport or near hotel, pending flight arrival schedule Transfer to your hotel and check in
- Celebrate Mass at the hotel or nearby church
- Overnight in Incheon
Day 3 – July 31, Saturday
Diocese of Incheon (B)
- Participate in events of the Diocese of Incheon (final details still pending) Sending-Off
- Mass with the Bishop of Incheon
- Lunch and Dinner on your own
- Overnight in Incheon
Day 4 – August 1, Sunday
Diocese of Incheon (B, D)
- Mass at the Incheon Cathedral, followed by a visit to the Diocese of Incheon Museum
- Free time for lunch on your own
- Afternoon cruise
- Dinner as a group
- Overnight in Incheon
Day 5 – August 2, Monday
Diocese of Incheon – Archdiocese of Seoul (B, L, D)
- Explore Ganghwa Island, beginning with a visit to the Ganghwa Peace Observatory with direct views of North Korea across the water
- Continue to Gapgot Martyrs’ Shine for Mass, a group lunch, and time for personal prayer
- Transfer to Seoul and check into the hotel
- Dinner as a group
- Overnight in Seoul
Day 6 – August 3, Tuesday
Seoul – WYD Opening Mass (B)
- Free morning to explore Seoul using Verso’s WYD resources
- Visit churches and shrines along one of the city’s walking pilgrimage routes and orient yourself to the city’s charming neighborhoods and vibrant culture
- World Youth Day officially begins with an Opening Mass for all pilgrims, celebrated by the Archbishop of Seoul
- Overnight in Seoul
Day 7 – August 4, Wednesday
Morning Catechesis – Youth Festival (B, L, D)
- Morning Catechesis sessions with pilgrims and bishops from around the world, including prayer, discussion, and Mass
- Attend Youth Festival events in the afternoon, ranging from concerts and speakers to Reconciliation and fellowship
- Overnight in Seoul
Day 8 – August 5, Thursday
Morning Catechesis – Papal Welcome (B, L, D)
- Explore Ganghwa Island, beginning with a visit to the Ganghwa Peace Observatory with direct views of North Korea across the water
- Continue to Gapgot Martyrs’ Shine for Mass, a group lunch, and time for personal prayer
- Transfer to Seoul and check into the hotel
- Dinner as a group
- Overnight in Seoul
Day 9 – August 6, Friday
Morning Catechesis – Stations of the Cross (B, L, D)
- Final catechetical session in the morning with the bishops
- Then, the Youth Festival continues, with opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation or check out the Vocation Fair
- In the evening, rejoin the Pope as all of the pilgrims pray together the Stations of the Cross, led by the Holy Father himself
- Overnight in Seoul
Day 10 – August 7, Saturday
Walking Pilgrimage – Overnight Vigil (B, L, D) *two meals at vigil site
- Begin with a pilgrimage to the Vigil site, typically a 12-15 mile walk
- After finding designated area, settle in and enjoy different entertainment, shows, music, and prayer opportunities
- In the evening, join with the Pope and fellow pilgrims for a vigil prayer service
- That night, sleep under the stars and prepare for the final day
- Overnight at the Vigil Site
Day 11 – August 8, Sunday
Closing Mass – Seoul (B, L) *two meals at vigil site
- The morning begins early with closing activities, including music, speakers, and prayers, followed by the closing Papal Mass with the Holy Father
- At the end of Mass, the next host diocese for World Youth Day is announced
- Return to the hotel and enjoy a free afternoon and evening to relax after a long day
- Dinner is on your own this evening
- Overnight in Seoul
Day 12 – August 9, Monday
Departure from Seoul (B, D)
- Begin with a final Mass in a local church (exact time/location to be determined)
- Free day to explore Seoul
- Choose your own adventure! Ascend Namsam Tower, pray at striking shrines such as Dangoggae or Seosomun, taste local delicacies at Gwangjang Market, explore Bukchon Hanok Village, or visit one of the five traditional palaces throughout the city (all activities on your own)
- Enjoy a final Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant
Day 13 – August 10, Tuesday
Departure from Seoul (B)
- Transfer to the Incheon International Airport
- Depart Seoul for Boston
* Please note: Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast, and Sunday lunch are provided by the WYD Vigil Meal Kits. Pilgrims who do not attend the overnight Vigil will be responsible for these four meals on their own.
Payment Schedule
Registration can be done directly on the Verso Ministries website whereby pilgrims can make their initial $250 deposit using a debit/credit card. All following payments would be accepted via check, money order, or debit/credit card.

Cancellation Policy
After deposit – $500 per person
July 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026 – 25% of trip cost is non-refundable
October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 – 50% of trip cost is non-refundable
January 1, 2027 – March 31, 2027 – 75% of trip cost is non-refundable
April 1, 2027 or after – 100% of trip cost is non-refundable
