Join us for a complimentary workshop on how to accompany those in your parish who are undergoing, or have experienced the pain of divorce and separation. Carolyn Klika of Abounding Joy Ministry will present on the ways to support parishioners looking for guidance and accompaniment. The first hour of the program focuses on the pastoral need for Catholic divorce ministry and best practices; the second half will cover the Build a New Life workshop she provides to parishes through live, virtual presentations in 12-week sessions.

Carolyn’s 20-year background in ministry and divorce support includes mediating relationships along with Catholic product development in Divorce Healing, Marriage Prep, Bible study, apologetics,  and Theology of the Body. She produces the Abounding Joy radio spot on Carolina Catholic Media Network and has appeared on various other radio and TV outlets. This gathering precedes a retreat for divorced and separated the following day.
